With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Ruby Gledhill (nee Hunsbedt).
Ruby was predeceased by her husband Robert in 2017. Ruby is survived by her daughter Brenda (Don) and her sons Bob Jr. (Pat), Jim (Sue), and Nelson (Mary-Ann). Survived also by five grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Trevor (Barb), Lucas (Krysta), and Matthew (Nicole) as well as four great-grandchildren, Kasia, Isla, Mila, and Jaxon.
Ruby was born in Lost Creek, north of Vavenby, B.C. Bob and Ruby owned and operated the Vavenby General Store for 20 years before retiring and returning to Lost Creek. They moved to Vernon, B.C. in 2002.
There will be no funeral service by request.
