It is with great sadness that Jerry Jay Egan of Vavenby BC has passed away peacefully in Clearwater with his family by his side on March 24, 2022 at 84 years old.
Jerry is predeceased by his Mother Mable Hendrickson and brothers Don, James and Robert.
Jerry has left behind a loving wife of 35 years, Rosario Egan. He also leaves behind his sons, Robert Egan (Coralie Gregoire-Egan), David Egan (Floraine Stewart) and Richard Egan; grandchildren, Shamus Egan, Travis Egan, Gina Egan, Jessica Howard (Brian Howard), Megan Griffith (Zack Griffith), Alexis Gregoire, Ashley Gregoire (Everette Wildcat); great grandchildren, Benny Egan, Zack Howard, Kaiden Howard, Abilynn Gregoire, Joel Gregoire and Greyson Gregoire.
Jerry loved fishing and hunting in the great outdoors. He has travelled numerous times to the Phillipines and Australia. Jerry retired after working for over 45 years in the sawmill and was always early to work. Our Dad was the anchor in our family. Always there to provide for his family. Jerry Jay Egan was a good man. We will all miss him dearly.
