Times places third Times editor Keith McNeill holds a plaque the newspaper received for winning third place in general excellence in its circulation class from BC and Yukon Community Newspaper Association. The awards gala was held in April but no one from the newspaper was able to attend. This is the 11th time the Times has been a finalist in general excellence with BCYCNA during the 19 years that Black Press has owned the newspaper. The newspaper has won first place three times. First place this year went to the Oliver Chronicle while the Similkameen Spotlight took second spot. Kelsey Pollom photo
