What an event, wow! A fashion show put on by Mystic Dreams on Friday evening, March 16, began with the sold-out crowd entering the Clearwater Legion Hall, which was lit by soft lighting accenting the colourful tapestries draped along the walls.

A festive atmosphere and general attitude of fun and camaraderie was in the air.

There was beauty that came in all sizes and shapes from the 22 gorgeous models to the amazing audience, as well as the servers, the director Sita Dookeran, and our lovely hostess, Flo Amundson from Mystic Dreams.

The production went smoothly with a key team of helpers such as clothes runners, make-up artistry, door and shop attendants and even ambiance music by the D.J.

Yummy snacks and mocktails by the Wells Gray Riders were available to add to the activities supplied.

The Mystic Dreams shop was even open late for purchasing of the 76 outfits showcased during the show and/or anything the shoppers needed.

All in all, the entire night was entertaining and fun for everyone involved.

This reporter/model is looking forward to next year’s show already!
