President of the Wells Gray Lively Arts Society, Shirley Frost, left, was presented with a cheque for $3,700 by Cheryl Thomas on behalf of the North Thompson Communities Foundation. “We are so very grateful to the NTCF for their very generous financial support to our sound and lighting project. Our society aims to promote and organize live music events in the Clearwater area,” said Frost. “With this new equipment, we hope that our live music events will continue to grow and become even better. The best bit of all this is that our community will hear and see better and greater shows. What more could we ask for?”
