Monica Lamb-Yorski

Monica Lamb-Yorski

I have been writing for newspapers since 2002.

A B.C. gal, I was born in Alert Bay, raised in Nelson, graduated from the University of Winnipeg, and wrote my first-ever article for the Prince Rupert Daily News.

In 2011, I joined the editorial team at the Williams Lake Tribune as a reporter, covering everything from hard news to bull sales and babies born en route to the hospital. Last fall I added the role editor of Coast Mountain News to my responsibilities with Black Press. I continue to enjoy the privilege of writing about our community and region. The Cariboo Chilcotin Coast is a great place.
